Medical Review Policy
Technical equipment education and clinical treatment advice require different expertise. We do not present a technical editor as a physician or claim medical review that has not happened.

What we publish now
The initial US guides explain equipment management, publicly documented device concepts, and regulatory sources. They are not patient-specific instructions, dosing advice, treatment protocols, or authorization to service a device.
When clinical review is required
Before publishing a substantive clinical recommendation, diagnosis, treatment comparison, or patient-facing decision aid, we seek review by an appropriately qualified clinician. The page should then name the reviewer, credentials, relevant scope, and review date. Until that review occurs, we avoid the claim or clearly limit the page to non-clinical information.
Changes after publication
We monitor major agency updates and credible correction requests. If a clinical claim becomes uncertain, we can amend, label, or withdraw it while a qualified review is arranged.
