Accuracy improves when readers can show us exactly what needs attention. We welcome documented corrections, especially for changed FDA or CMS guidance.

How to report an issue
Email info@yuksekbayt.com with the page URL, the sentence or table at issue, why it may be wrong, and a primary source if possible. Do not send patient information or confidential hospital records.
How we respond
We check the cited source and the current page, then correct a verified error. Where the correction changes meaning, we add a visible note and update the review date. If a concern requires expert input, we may temporarily qualify or remove the statement.
Disagreement
A disagreement about interpretation does not always mean a factual error. We may add context or a competing authoritative source when that better serves readers.
